The STABILMILK C series is studied for the stabilization of Chocolate Milk. There are different grades of STABILMILK C, for beverages produced with fresh milk STABILMILK normally contain only stabilizers. The premium grade of STABILMILK C is based above all on high quality grade of Carrageenans which gives to the chocolate milk a fantastic mouth-feeling and a perfect stabilization avoiding the sedimentation of cocoa-powder. Normally the premium STABILMILK is quiet expensive but the dosage is quiet low (between 1 and 2 grams per litre).
There are also other cheaper versions: STABILMILK X series, based on other more economical stabilizers. In this case the dosage is little higher: from 2 to 4 grams per litre.
There are different versions of STABILMILK: there are some grades totally soluble at room temperature or grade that must be warmed up and stable to UHT treatment, too.
