WATER-JELLY DESSERT and COATING GELATINS

BCGEL WG series is a gelling product 100% vegetable with no animal derivatives. The gels obtained with BCGEL WG are perfectly transparent and stable at low pH, too.
BCGEL WG can be used for water-jellies and for coating gelatins for desserts.
There are different grades of BCGEL WG some gives more elastic gel (closed to gelatin) other harder depending on the final usage.
Dosage is around 0,6-1,0%
